Where does your data come from?
We source exchange rates, gold prices and product information directly from the official websites of banks, licensed gold dealers and BNPL provider apps. Data is collected by automated scrapers that run periodically throughout the day.
How often are prices updated?
Exchange rates and gold prices are updated roughly every 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Some sources publish less frequently depending on their release schedule.
Is the service free?
The core platform — rate comparison, gold prices, the BNPL calculator, the debt-burden calculator and certificates — is completely free. We may launch a Pro subscription in the future for advanced features such as unlimited alerts, portfolio tracking and the AI advisor.
How do I report incorrect data?
If you notice wrong or outdated prices, email us at support@zwhitemarket.com with the bank name, the price you see, and the correct price from the bank's official website. We will update it as soon as possible.
Can I use your data in my own app?
We offer a B2B API and an MCP server for developers and businesses. Contact us at support@zwhitemarket.com to discuss data licensing and API access. Scraping our platform without permission is not allowed under the terms of use.
